Terms of Sale

Each book is a digital product: PDF files sent to the email address you enter at checkout. What a book includes is listed on its page and in the order summary at checkout. Nothing is shipped.

Prices are in Philippine pesos and are the full amount you pay. Payment is processed by PayMongo. We do not see or store your card, e-wallet or bank details.

Your files are emailed once PayMongo confirms your payment, usually within minutes. If they have not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to bibliotech@brilliantlabsph.com with your order number and we will resend them.

Every copy is personalised with your name, email address and a licence ID. It is a personal licence: you may read it, print it and keep it on your own devices.

You may not share, upload, resell, or otherwise distribute the files or any part of them. You may not remove the licence page either. Copies found in circulation can be traced to their licence. All content remains the copyright of its author.

Our books are educational. They explain money habits, budgeting systems and ways of thinking about personal finance. They are not personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and neither the author nor BrilliantLabsPh is acting as a licensed financial or investment adviser. For decisions about your own situation, consult a qualified professional.

Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, sales are generally final. The cases where we do refund or replace are set out in the Refund Policy.

How we handle the name and email you give us is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
